WE HAVE MOVED!

In February,  The White Ant Co amalgamated their Head Office at Tweed Heads and their Booking Office at Salisbury.   

All of our operations are now under the one roof, state-of-the-art facilities at Unit 2, 57-61 Burchill Street, Loganholme   Q  4129.  This is an exciting change for the company, as we continue in our efforts to constantly improve our provision of quality products and customer service.

CodeMark Certificate of Compliance

CodeMark is an independently audited quality management system operating under the JAS-ANZ Agreement to verify conformance with Australian Building Codes.

It provides the highest level of approval for building products that conform to the requirements of the Australian Building Codes Board.

The White Ant Co achieved CodeMark on 15 April 2010.

Termites a major threat to Victoria.

Suterranean termites pose a major threat to dwellings and other vital infrastructure throughout Victoria according to a report released in January 2005 by CSIRO Forestry and Forest Products (CFFP) scientist, Jim Creffield. Mr Creffield says that in order to effectively manage the pest, all municipalities state-wide must immediately be 'termite declared'.

The report draws upon the expertise of the CSIRO Termite Group comprised of ENIS (a recently formed joint venture of CFFP and Forest Research, New Zealand) and CSIRO Entomology.

The annual cost of repair of damage to timber-in-service caused by termites in Victoria has been estimated to be in excess of $200 million.
